Everyone has sorrow which seems impossible to be overcome, it may be too painful for us in a way that we believe it could only disappear at the end of life. If only death can stop the torture of sufferings, some cowards may go on to commit suicide. Those brave-heart ones can live well with scars, but just hide it without facing it. 

God set a very great mission for us to go in life time. It is not about to deal with sorrow, it is about to change our attitude and expectation about everything, hence we can accept ups and downs with faith.
